Veterans and their families deserve access to quality care and support close to home.
Representative Tom Kean has focused on expanding veteran services across New Jersey, including mental health counseling, VA resources, and local support for those who served their country.
Representative Tom Kean recently introduced the bipartisan Vet CENTERS for Mental Health Act of 2026 to expand access to mental health counseling for veterans and their families.
This legislation would direct the Department of Veterans Affairs to use census and VA data to identify where additional Vet Center access is needed, helping more veterans receive counseling and support closer to home.
Kean has also pushed to expand VA resources within New Jersey. In August, he called for a Vet Center in Hunterdon County, home to more than 5,000 veterans.
From expanding mental health services to bringing resources closer to local communities, Representative Tom Kean is working to help New Jersey veterans access the care and support they earned.
Thank you, Representative Tom Kean, for supporting New Jersey veterans and their families.
